JAR-FCL PPL (A) Aircraft General & Principles of Flight

Aircraft General is a one or two day course (depending on any previous study), culminating with the JAR exam at the end if you so wish.

The Aircraft General written exam paper consists of 50 multi choice questions, which have to be answered within 1 Hour 30 minutes requiring a pass mark of 75%. This paper has questions covering aspects such as:-

• Aero dynamics
• Aircraft structures & controls
• Aircraft electrical systems
• Instruments both pressure and gyro
• The 4 stroke otto cycle
• Carburetors ... etc
